The complex includes a grill fireplace, a built-in tandoor, a built-in stove for a kazan, and a compact work surface for food preparation.
The main feature of the project is the simultaneous use of a tandoor and a stove for a kazan. The tandoor is an Eastern-type oven in which one can not only bake flatbreads and other bread, but also cook meat, shashlik, and, depending on its size, even small carcasses.
The stove for a kazan is intended for preparing dishes such as plov, shurpa, and other traditional meals of Eastern cuisine. Both stove types have their own structural logic and require precise execution when integrated into a single complex.
Handmade brick was used for the construction. All internal fire-exposed elements were built from refractory fireclay brick.
The complex was built in November 2016.
