Stove Complex “Bavaria”

This complex was conceived as a fully multifunctional system combining a large bread oven, a grill fireplace, and a stove with a cooking surface in one structure. It was built from handmade brick, while all internal heat-loaded zones were lined with heat-resistant fireclay brick, ensuring reliable performance in different cooking modes.

The complex includes a large bread oven, a grill fireplace, and a separate stove with a cooking surface. This combination makes it a practical solution for baking, cooking, and working with open fire within one integrated structure.

It is located in a small gazebo that was added only after the stove complex itself had already been completed.

Handmade brick was used for the construction, while all internal zones exposed to high temperatures were built from heat-resistant fireclay brick.

The complex received its name — “Bavaria” — for a reason. I built it in the district of the city where I myself lived, and that district bore exactly this name. The roots of that name go back to the Tsarist period, when settlers from Bavaria built a brewery there that later became known far beyond the city and the whole region for the quality of its beer. That is why the complex itself was also given the name “Bavaria”.

The complex was built in 2020.
