Professional Stove Complex “Piana Khata”

This professional restaurant installation was designed for intensive use with large cooking volumes and combines a grill fireplace, a rotisserie, and a large stove with a wide cooking surface in one system. In functional terms, it is not simply an open-fire zone, but a full working unit of the kitchen intended for practical and continuous use.

The installation was created in a recreation area on the Siverskyi Donets River for the restaurant “Pjana Khata”. The restaurant itself stood out for its bold, unusual, and memorable design: the façade, the interior, and the overall atmosphere were all developed in one consistent style, which made the place especially attractive to visitors.

Before that, the restaurant had used an old and rather primitive fireplace that had already served its time. The task, therefore, was to create a new grill fireplace that was more serious, more functional, and better suited to the real needs of a working restaurant kitchen.

The installation includes a professional grill fireplace, a rotisserie, and a separate large stove with a wide cooking surface intended for preparing food in substantial quantities, including compotes and other kitchen products.

The main value of the project lay in the fact that it combined several working functions within one system: cooking over an open fire, roasting on a rotisserie, and using a large cooking surface for high-volume kitchen work.

The installation was built in August 2020.
