The installation is located in a separate room and was created for a client — a professional shashlik chef with more than 30 years of experience.
One of the key features of the project is the working opening, almost one and a half metres wide, which was necessary for preparing large quantities of shashlik at the same time.
The construction also includes a rotisserie for roasting carcasses over charcoal, which expands the capabilities of the installation and makes it suitable for a wider range of meat preparation.
The project gains particular technical value from its air supply system designed to cool the inner core of the fireplace. Thanks to this, it can operate for long periods without overheating and remains reliable even under intensive use.
Working on this project was especially rewarding because the client knew exactly what result he wanted. Working with a professional who understands his craft and can clearly define his requirements makes the entire process more precise, more efficient, and more productive.
The fireplace was built in September 2020.
